Booking and requesting a quote
Booking an requesting a quote can be done either by a form, which can be found on our website, under Booking menu, or by e-mail.
Please make sure to precisely fill out the information requested in the form, in particular the contact details (phone number and e-mail)! The correctness of the information is the guest’s responsibility. If the guest is not available on the given phone number or email address, or the availability is incorrect and there is no way to confirm the legality of the booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. We ask our guests to write the questions regarding the accommodations or request in the “Note” field. We ask our guests with children to indicate the age of the child in the “Children’s age” field.
Please give the information required in the form, when booking via e-mail as well. We can only provide information through the phone, and the reservation will be finalized after confirmation by e-mail and after the payment of the deposit.
In case of a quote, we will send the offer by e-mail to the guest, which is not considered as a confirmation.
Our room rates include all taxes except for tourist tax, which is 400 HUF/person/night and is required for people over 18 (payable via cash only).
We ask 30% deposit payment (or a minimum amount of 1 night). The deadline for deposit payment is in the confirmation e-mail.
The remaining amount shall be paid on the spot, upon arrival!
Check in and check out
The rooms may be taken over from 02:00 PM until 08:00 PM on the day of arrival, and shall be left by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
When taking over the accommodation, please fill out the application form.
If the guest wishes to take over the already occupied accommodation earlier than the date stated in the reservation, the guest will be obliged to pay the entire duration of the reservation.
Our rooms are non-smoking and smoking is prohibited in the interior common areas of the Guesthouse!
Smoking is allowed only in the designated places.
In case of cancelling the confirmed bookings, the following rules apply:
We are NOT able to return the deposit.
If the guest cancels his/her reservation at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount of the paid deposit may be reused in that year, for a reservation of at least the same value. This means that the guest will not lose the paid deposit!
If guests cancel their reservation within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no reuse or refund of the deposit is possible.
The Guest may make complaints during his/her stay in the hotel regarding the services until the departure date, at the Guesthouse’s reception.
BY SUBMITTING THE BOOKING, THE GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS UNDERSTOOD THE BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND ACCEPTS THEM!
